Default Window/Door panel/speaker problem

Ok, so I was installing a 6 1/2 inch JBL speaker in my driver side door, so I took the door panel off, put in the speaker, and plugged all the harnesses back into their spots, and put the door panel on, tested the speaker, it was fine, but then went to roll up my windows, and the drivers side was fine, but the passenger side will not roll up, on either the driver or passenger switch, and yes I checked and it is not the window lock thing. Also I just noticed the power locks are also not working, and I havent yet touched the passenger door. Thanks in advance!
