just bought a 97 ls two weeks ago and i started to notice that the passenger side door doesnt "pop" open when the window is rolled down. it feels like it's stuck and you have to push/pull hard to get it to open. when the window is up all the way, the door opens fine. anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? thanks

 

take the door panel off ( easy to do ) and see if the door handle rods are touching anything related to the window.

 

FIXED IT. turns out, the problem had nothing to do with the windows. the door latch was just in the wrong place so i raised it and moved it inward.
