Default Check engine light goes on after about a few minutes of driving

Okay, I got a few problems that I need to take care of. I got a 98 B18B in a 99 EX. After a while of regular driving, the check engine will go on. Than when it does go on, the MPH tach will die and drop to 0. Checked for loose plugs, checked for bad grounds and checked to ECU codes. Nothing seems out of place. Anything else I should check? Possibly bad secondary O2?
