Default Window Help

Today I decided to fix the rubber piece that connects to the guiding rails in the window. So i took off my door and reattached the piece. While the door was off i decided to tighten all the screws for my speakers. I had disconnect the power window and door locks to take the door off. After i put the door on, my passenger side window will not open. I checked the fuses and the 20A fuse keeps blowing. Do you guys have any suggestions? I have no more warranty as i have 54000 miles. THanks
George

Seems like the wires are shorted out or the window motor has a short and is blowing the fuse.
