Default build me a new motor... need help!!!!

hi first of all, went out to the track yesterday and yes the motor blew... I was taking a fast running left hander and suddenly the motor went pop, sounding like a head gasket was gone. Anyway I immediately pulled over and low and behold temps arose (crap) and eventually the motor did not turn over again. From what I can tell yep the motor has seized. I'm praying no damage to the head and just confined to the bottom end. In which case, was thinking of the following options...

Keep the car NA and build a frankenstein.... what would your setup be?? I heard a CRV bottom end has been used before...

Do exactly the same buiild as what is listed in my mods with a new crank, bearings, pistons and bigger bore...

Turbo the bloody thing...

Now I'm not a fan of turboing but hmm......

I've spent way to much money on the shell to let the car go so please gimme your suggestions as to what to do with the bottom end of the motor?????

You should also look into a Baffled oil pan. Maybe becuase you cornered so hard that the oil moved away from the oil pickup. Lack of oil could be the problem. You should look into a Mugen or Spoon oil pan. Also will the new motor be used in a pure race car or street car?

Go to http://www.importreview.com and check out their dyno plots. See which one is right for your situation and work around it.
