1993 European GP Donington Park.

 

 

IMHO this was one of Senna's best races, his car was totally under powered and he again shows his awesome wet driving abilities. He went from 4 or 5 to first in one lap. Passing Prost and Damon Hill in the very powerful and best handling Williams racecars of that year. This race shows how Senna is truly one of the best drivers ever and why the title "rain master" fits him so well! Prost, also a great drive had a horrible race, he pitted like 4 times.

This is a must see for those who haven't seen it yet. Even the mighty Michael Schmacher idolized Aryton!

I saw it. Loved it. Senna went from 5th to 1st in less than one lap, and then went on to lap the entire field. Simply Amazing. I loved the animation in Sennna's driving; i.e., his "gestures" to the backmarkers like Patrizzi.

Prost changed tires 7 times.

 

I saw it last night on the replay at 11pm PST.

Senna's performance WAS amazing!

I had heard so much about his going from fifth to first during the first couple of laps at Donington Park in '93. I finally got to see it. Also as amazing was the distance he put on the 2nd place Prost after he passed him for the lead. That was great!
