Here's the situation. I bought a head from Mike back in February. He said that it wasnt ready yet b/c the machine shop had to assemble it. He told me as soon as it was done he would send it to me. Well one thing led to another and he couldn't ever get the head to me. So I told him to just refund me all the moeny back. He said that he would and this was back in March. Now it is June almost July and NO MONEY I have tried to work with him now he want respond to any of my emails or IM's. So where's my money at???????

How did you pay him? I had the same problem with mike, and i tried using the buyer complaint form on paypal.com but it was over 30 days. So i just sent him a bill for the same amount.... I got it eventually

I used paypal!!! Thinking he was going to not screw me over. Oh yea I didnt mention that I got another head sent it to Portflow to have P&P and new valves and the works. Planning on having the money he owes me to use it on that head. Well the head is done and NO MONEY

That ****** rippeed me off too. I didnt get my volk wheels for over a month and he sent me 3 wheels. I payed by paypal as well. He assured me that he was a licensed business and all kinds of BS that I wasnt gonna get ripped off.
Anyway I got tired of the excuses and filed a chargeback. Look at the bottom of the posts...

frog, i sent you an email today and i know you read explaining how we can resolve this. I am not out to rip anyone off at all. The head wasnt even mine i was helping someone get rid of it and i am caught in the middle now. i will make it right even though its not mine trust me. I still have and had it assembled and eveything and you bought a new one. now i am stuck trying to get money back from the guy i gave the money to who is ducking me. sorry again but check your email i sent you.

you have to be kidding me right?? the account they were sold thru was the persons whos rims they were. you go them and you know it cause you tried to file that they were in a condition other than stated and paypal told you they arent responsible for condition so now you say you didnt get 1 of them. They are the same condition as the picture i sent you.

I duno Mr. Mike . . . . . it seems like everyone who has posted on this forum has gotten ripped by you all accept me. I don't know who's lying, but business should be strictly business. We all work damn hard for our money, but there is always somone who was not raised right who has to take **** that doesn't belong to them . . . . not point any fingers, but i'm just saying . . . . if you're in the wrong just make things right and things will only be easier, but the more difficult things get the less people are gona wana deal with you. Only take on transactions that you feel you can handle.
