Default Look what I'm doing this weekend

I can't wait. I haven't waxed my car once since I got it 2 years ago.

It's the Zaino Bros' Total Protection Show Car Kit

Lets see what this stuff can do

Actually it does not require much elbow grease. The clay will clean the finish up real nice and then the polishes will come off very easy

MAKE SURE YOU USE VERY LIGHT COATS OR IT WILL LOOK LIKE **** AND BE VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE

one tip to save you some of the elbow strain is to use a microfiber cloth for waxing. It works great and will last you the entire car. using Terry cloth towels will accumulate wax and work against you as you make progress.

I can vouch for that, I've never been able to remove wax so easily as I can w/ microfiber towels, I love em.

But if I got a whole kit like that, no way I would use it without a random orbital power buffer, and I would use it to both apply and remove polish and wax. I'm sick of spending an entire day morning to night just to polish and wax my car.

Thanks for the tips

Zaino highly recommends the use of 100% Cotton bath towels(made in USA) to remove the wax

Zaino is good stuff. Your car looks like its in great shape even though it hasn't been waxed in two years. Zaino recommends using Dawn soap on the first wash to really prep the finish beforehand. After that I would use that Zaino soap everytime you wash the car. Have fun with it and post pics when you are done

It's in the garage right now.

So far I washed it with Z7 soap(didnt have dawn), then Z18 clay bar'd it, then Z7 soap wash again, then Z2, then Z6 and now im waiting on the Z5 to haze up, then...

Z6, Z2, Z6, Z5, Z6 and end with another coat of Z2
