Very confused (Big pic)

I was just searching around http://www.acura.com and came across this pic. I know that they didn't make the type R in 1999, so whats wrong with this pic? I got it directly from acura. Sorry for the size

canada had cw itr from 97, 98, 99, 00, 01
2000 we had PY and CW? or only PY?
