I'm pretty sure it will fit, but you might have to trim that piece of plastic that runs along the wires for the injectors. There are people running it on stock rails.

if it says on the site that it only fits the aem fuel rail, you should listen....altho they could be trying to get you to buy the rail.....on that note...see sig...lol
