why not just machine a spacer out of magnesium, or aluminum. It'll be lighter, and work the same as a shrunken balance shaft puley - with a better structural integrity.
There really isn't much of a point in doing this mod tho (I know why you did it Scott
) the force needed to spin that pulley is so minimal its ridiculus. The mass is so close to the axis of rotation there really isn't a need to.
