Need help....uneven ride height....
sup y'll....i gotta g2 integ and jus installed h&r sport springs in the front (not in the back yet). For some reason one side is higher than the other. Can anyone help??? The springs aren't caught on anything either..jus checked.
I had this problem and it ended up the installers didn't properly seat the springs on one side. Some places think you can just put them in as long as they're right side up; but you have to make sure they are also turned to the correct position.
was your car ever in an accident, if so...and the frame wasn't straightened properly, this is more than likely the problem. I had an EK hatch with the same problem, i solved it by buying coil-overs. The difference in height may have been there all along, it just becomes more visible with less tire/fender gap. The other thing it could be is the improper weight distribution from lowereing the front and not the rear. good luck
wussup y'll..thanx fo the reply. My car IS a salvaged title and part of the front..driver side..bumper part has been chopped off and rewelded. That could be the problem...but not likely cuz when i had stock shocks and springs..i didn't have this problem..and if i did...it wuzn't even near to being noticable. As of now...it is REALLY noticable. The car has a slant look. The weird thing is...when i first installed them...i accidentally put the right shock on the left side and it distributed even height...but not quite as low. But now that i correctly installed the shocks on the proper side...it distributes an uneven ride height but is lowered correctly. thanx
