Uneven drop on H&R springs
I had my H&R sports installed 2 weeks ago and I just noticed that the rear driver side is lower than the rear passenger side. Is this normal a thing or was there something wrong on the installation or the springs itself? Help please...

Re: Uneven drop on H&R springs (1cleanEJ8)
When I was searching on H-T for info about springs and coilovers. I found that a few people noticed uneven drops with their springs. I think it's an issue with the other suspension components, like bushings, wearing unevenly.

reason i changed from coilovers to springs was the hassle of the drop being uneven and now i still get this. thanks for the info bro. i'll look into that

Same problem here..drivers side is a tad bit lower then passenger side. Thats probably because there's always a driver so it maybe puts more wear on the driver side. Thats why I reccomend coilovers..you can accomodate the uneven drop

NO!!! ITS NOT NORMAL. Well after 2 wks and still uneven, yeah you have a prob. Reason why:
1. Shock on driver side is out
2. The spring on passenger side didn't go in its slot (normally it breaks in after driving but after 2 wks it should of already broken in)
Now the solution is just bring it back have them take it back out and inspect it, then reinstall it again.

bullcrap, its totally normal. my last civic sat maybe 1/4 inch higher on the passengers side, with both stock suspension and with brand new aftermarket suspension. i have seen and heard of many others being the exact same way. you should have used the adjustability of the coilovers to even your car out

Re: Uneven drop on H&R springs (1cleanEJ8)
i had coilovers for 4 yrs and this was the first time getting springs. a lot of people were againts coilovers because its bouncy, noisy and they said it throws away your alignment. anyway i'll live with what i have for now. as long as i know that i'm not alone with this problem then i'm good

Re: Uneven drop on H&R springs (milton)
at first mine was the same way, but the silver cup that holds the bottom of the spring was up like a bowl rather than facing down like the bowl was upside down. check which way its facing.
