FS:integra rear and front disc brakes conversion

i have a set of integra front and rear disc brakes. im looking to sell this locally due to weight. but shipping can be arranged. im asking $375 obo ... am i willing to separate??? maybe, depends, convince me !!

rear e brake lines, resurface the disc, time, tools, brake fluid.
