My thoughts exactly. It's amazing how these car lots don't keep cars like Type Rs fenced in at night.
to the Acura dealerships that neglect Type Rs/customers.

you look at it from an enthusiasts point of view..
a dealership can have NSXes, S2000s, BMWs, etc all over the lot with no theft problems.. so why would they think a used integra would be a target?

Don't they close the gate and park a couple cars in front of the gate like in the east coast?

I think you have to wait until they are INSIDE your house before you can shoot them. And I also think that you have to be in a life a death situation for you to shoot, AND you have to shoot to kill. If you don't kill them, they can turn around and sue you. I'm not a lawyer, but this is what I've heard from other people.

They can be whereever they want to be. They could be standing on your bed pissing on you. You still can't use deadly force unless your life (or that of another) was in jeopardy.
There are some exceptions, such as Texas, where it is legal to use deadly force to protect property, but in most states, you'll be arrested for murder.

This is exactly what I was thinking.
Get $ for an R, steal it back, strip it and sell it all over and get more $.

Seems like in Cali R's don't last all that long
.
I was in Vegas a couple months ago talking to the people at Courtesy Mitsubishi. They are right next to Falconi's Acura and they had a Supercharged NSX-T that I was drooling over.
Anyways, they had two ZR-1's stolen off their lot the night before. Theives have got ***** nowdays.

yeah i mean its crazzy enough they can take a car from ur front yard but for them to sneak around security guards and cameras and break into a car and break the ignition and drive off through gates or chains lol its beyond me......i thought they had killswitches on dealer cars also???? this leads me to think the security guard was in on it.....
I think that a lot of their hired security is shady. We also went to the Bentley, Hummer dealership. They easily, easily had over 15million dollars of cars in the lot, and the security guard just sat there. He was way cool to let us go look at all the cars...but damn, I think I'd be a little bit more worried about 4 kids walking around in your lot.

and your right, nothing surprises us anymore
