You have to pull the rubber edging off from the outside of the window. It will feel like it doesnt want to come off but it will with a little yankage lol. once that is off you have to slowly pry like you would on a windsheild until the adhesive gives and wallah its done. It a pain in the *** process though

 

well the outside stuff didn't really come off, even with razor blade, and a lot of pulling.....got some of it off, but the window isn't budging..Any other suggestions?

I had to take them out when I got my car repainted. You need to get something some long and slender almost like a coat hanger but skinnier. You need to use this like a snake. Take out the plastic around the window on the inside of the car. Next slide the snake between the plastic weather stripping and car metal on the outside of the car. Then work it through the seal/adhesive holding the window inand push through sosnake goes into the car then attach small metal wire to end of snake and pull back through so that wire protrudes on inside and outside of car. hold wire on both sides and work back and forth acting as a knife as you pull it along the window. this should slice the seal and thewindow should push out.
