They aren't SSR knockoffs, they are Buddyclub knockoffs.

They are made by someplace called icon. APC features them but you can find them on other websites also. I'd like to find out how much they weigh but wheelspecs.com has nuthin'

look pretty close to SSR's and buddy's to me...

I would get something similar to that look (maybe at the same or close to the same $ tag ???) Like SSR's or Konig Heliums.

I guess they aint too bad, price is probably fair for those too. Yeah?

from what I have read so far in this thread, the only reason they are no good is the fact that they are not gayDM and they are APC. There has been no discussion of weight, forging or casting quality, or any expierience with them. Rotas are cheap **** knock offs, but many people on H-T use them. What is the difference? What makes these worse, APC?

Those are the wheels of champions. But I dont' know what wheels they are. Their kinda not bad except for the 1/2 christmas bulb that in the middle of them. Take that off and I could work with it.

many of you like buddy club wheels and/or SSR compititions so the logic is as follows:

If wheel "X" (budy club or SSR) looks good/cool, and wheel "Y" (Icon) looks like wheel "X" (cool); then wheel Y also looks good/cool.

This is logical. Logic proves that they look cool, so why do they suck?

NEWSFLASH THIS JUST IN:

THEY ARE NOT MADE BY APC! APC doesn't have the ability to cast their own wheels. It states clearly in this thread & on their site that they come from some company called Icon. I'm sure a lot of their crap isn't made in house. My question is if anyone has heard of Icon wheels, and if anyone knows if they are heavy or not.

While on the topic of shitty *** wheels, what do you think of Konig rims? Just curious
