i have 91 LS with act 6puckxtrm... test drove it for awhile after awhile my car starts to shake so much after 20mph now. doesnt seem to be safe to drive.. wats the cause.. im confused now.. mounts look normally... could it be my axles?

 

Check all the lugs on your tires, and maybe try an alignment. I dunno, for it to rattle so low I think its something rather obvious, but major, like tires or something.

I would say check your lugnuts too. same thing happened to me. forgot to tighen some of 'em.

 

is ur car lowered? i recently broke an axle from having a act clutch 6puck and having cambered front wheels

 

probably wheel nuts. Check the spindle nut also on the hub assembly in the front and rear. If that nut comes out...while you are driving...ugly!!!!

 

I say the axles are prolly the culprit if the lug nuts are tightened. may also be a ball joint?

 

actually the car ran fine after installed.. drove it over 500miles already.. and then i finally hit it... now starts to shake... changed new rims on it with newer tires and still does the same... i notice a alittle bolt broke out... where else should i check?
