Default 97 type R into a 99 Civic Si

Anyone tried putting a 97 JDM B18C5 into a 99 Civic Si? I am concerned about the wiring and about running the japanese ECU. Any help is appreciated.

just use your stock harness on the motor and try to get a obd2.5 to obd2 harness or run obd 1 p28 chipped

Yes you are right. I have a JDM Type R that I am putting into my 99 Civic Si. I want to use the JDM type R computer with it too. Any idea if that works? Where do I get a wiring diagram for the JDM computer?

yes, you can use the 97 ITR ecu in your 00 Si, but you'll need an OBD2b(99-00)-->(96-98)OBD2a ecu jumper. I have this jumper in stock if you're interested.
