Default H22 or b18 in civ 96dx coupe?

(I know this is really about preference) but why does a B18 cost about 2k more than a H22 when it has about 30lbs less torque? Less weigh, Stronger Internals?
Anyways back to the subject, is there any major body work thats going to be involved with the H22 swap, and since i have no power steering right now since my car weighs nothing how hard would it be to hook it up??
