rotating assembly installation
so i'm having GE do a lot of work on my H23. however, they want $1,000 to put my rotating assembly together. i've talked myself out of doing it myself because i'm afraid of messing something up. i think this price is pretty high, does everyone agree? and where's a reputable place i can get this put back together. i live in kentucky and i'm sending it out to california, so anywhere in cali would be acceptable. i just don't trust our hillbillies out here to know what they're doing.

Is it $1000 for just the labor, or does that include all the new bearings, seals, gaskets, water pump, timing belts, etc.?
it includes bearings and pins to put together the rotating assembly. it doesn't include water pump, timing belt, or anything else that's not internal.
