now im facing a new concern... would this setup force me to use higher octane gas? true or false or can i continue using the 91 octane gas premium level?

are you raising the compression ratio???normally higher octane would be needed in higher boost conditions or higher compression......i think you will be ok on normal 91 but if you hear any knocking then its time to step up....too bad you cant get 93....
octane has to do with how slowly the fuel burns off not power.
