ITR cams in B16A engine, what about the valve train?

I am fine with the B16A's valvesprings, or do I have to use the ITR springs? What is the cheapest upgrade methode if I have to use stronger ones? Only buy 6inner intake springs? Will the tock retainers fit if I use 2 springs then?
