yeah they do fit. i had to use my b16 mains on my ls buildup, but first please take it to a machine shop so they can measure clearances and stuff. take the bare block, the mains and the main bolts. they had to line hone my mains, cost like 20 bucks. the tolerances were off just by a little.

 

would a gsr block girdle fit on b16 mains...???

 

its actually not very good to use another blocks mani caps with another block. the main caps are machined form the same metal that the block is thus the main caps for that paticular block are unique and sel the way they are supposed to. a machine sop cna do a relly good job but it will never be the same
