Because mercury vapor HID streetlights make the BG-33P color look blue. Plus depending on the white balance setting on his camera, it could make it look even more blue.
I'm waiting for closeups of that 98 lip on 94-97 front bumper.
And maybe a write-up on how to put it on.

sorry, i'm working on taking pics and making a full how-to on the lip..give me about a week or so, the weather has been **** so i can't take good pics.
