Default engine mathmatics please help

whats up, like i say many times im new to the world of speed, i have been studying the mathmatics of many different engines, like witch application would be the best as well as the fastest , i was gong to stick with the b16a1 with a t4 turbo and fogger system. then i heard mix up the block from the head for a better top and bottom end. For example a b18a with b16a1 head,b16a1 with b18c head so on and so on, im so cunfused if u can help money is not an issue the speed is, i know im going t4 turbo with a fogger system staged nos and a total engine build up, or should i do all of this with a b18c gs-r and stick with the whole engine and dont switch heads please help and please give detailed answers thanks .

putting the head from a b18c onto a b16a isnt going to do anything but waste money. they are barely different. get the cams from the head dont bother with the whole head.
I am assuming this will be a track setup if you are going to put a T4 and a fogger system on your bseries.
you have a lot of work ahead of you just with turboing a b-series. you might just want to stick with a stock head/block setup since you are new to this stuff, and focus on building the internals.
a 1st gen b16a will probably be the cheapest b-series motor you will come accross.
so if $ is an issue then go with the b16. also if you blow the motor this way it will be cheaper to replace.
make sure to ugrade your fuel system, suspension, brakes system, and even your oil pan. look into a moroso 5qt.
