Default East Coast Honda Challenge rulebook updated tonight

Nothing earth shattering, just some minor changes.

1. Added some things I missed, like wheel studs and radiator locations
2. Weight revision to H4 Civic EX/Si per agreement with National (and thorough examination of power to weight ratios and race results)
3. More things like piston rings and ignition timing that I missed simply because I've never written a rulebook before
4. Add brake master cylinder braces, which I've promised some folks for a while now

Questions? Concerns? My email address and telephone number are on the website. I won't debate stuff here (not that people here like to debate... )

Naw. That is on hold 'till 2005. The hot thing for 04 is alternate body panels made out of surplus Russian space program material.

Don't forget the amendment to run on old wagon wheels in the event the "spec" toyos become unavailable....
Karl, I'm impressed. The rules aren't nearly as busted as the rest of the chit you have been messing with.

--chris, who has plenty of busted chit right now.
