Default installing o2 sensor in 90 accord ex [f22a6]

any one know where exactly the o2 sensor on a 90 accord is? i looked in my friends 98 civic and his is very visible, the one on my accord... well i cant see it. is there anything special i have to do to install it?

uh, i think i see it now, its to the left of the heat shield, anyone wanna confirm that before i screw my whole sh*t? oh yeah, how would i go about taking it out and putting the new one in? do they just screw out and back in?

Yeah, but it might be stuck pretty good with age & corrosion. Sometimes they come out easier if your exhaust is really good & hot.

I'm not sure since I don't have a '90. Do you have the new one yet? There's nothing else screwed into the exhaust pipe that looks anything like it. In fact its gotta be the only thing with any kind of electrical wires that's screwed into the exhaust system.

thanx.

ANYONE with a 4thgen accord know what i should do about my o2 sensor, im replacing it due to the ecu flashing a code 41, can someone please help me, tia

i replaced mine and i believe ALL accords EXCEPT 92-93 EX have the manifolds on the header. the 92-93 EX's have them on the flex pipe (after the header/before the cat). good luck as you will need a big ******* wrench to get it off.

rent(free at autozone) a o2sensor wrench and take it out with a breaker bar
