Just blow a hairdryer into the bulb holes. Then use some clear silicone sealant around the edges to keep any more moisture from getting in there.
Nice find for $30, I was going to try to make my OEM ones like those, but I would have had to actually cut them apart w/ a dremel.

I have the same corner lenses on my 96 bumper sitting in my living room if anyone is interested in purchasing them. Here's a pic of them on my car before my conversion:

Dont think you can. you can try taking out the bulbs and using a hair dryer. then just make sure when you put the bulbs back in that its a good seal, maybe use 2 gaskets to keep the water out!

Use a can of compressed air. You might not be able to blow out all the moisture but at least spread the condensation up a bit so that it will be easier to dry.
Then you should go along the seams with some sealant. The clear weather caulk form home depot or lowes should do the trick. For ease, i'd suggest getting the one that's water soluable so you can clean it up if the caulk appears where it shouldnt. Once its try, its water proof.
Good Luck.

No Japanese Integra (or Civic for that matter) ever came w/ all amber bumper lights. Despite lots of people equating amber w/ JDM
in reality the only Integras in the entire world to EVER have all amber bumper lights were USDM and Canadian 98-01 Integras.
