Default Extremely bazzaro problem, Comments, suggestions please

here is a wacked one, when i am driving the car everything runs fine, but if it starts to rain, I get an extreme vibration in the shifter, almost at such a high frequency that it hurts your hand to put it on the shifter. This stays this way for about five minutes, almost like the tranny is dropping temps very fast beause of water on it? It is also difficult to shift into third when this is happening, the shifter doesnt go all the way up into the 3rd position. I have swapped out tranny fluid, most recently about a week ago with honda MTF. the car is out of warranty, but had a clutch and pressure plate replaced under warranty(OEM 2001 Parts) at 24K (currently 52K). My Spoon motor will be in next week (so says dave at R&D), and i plan on putting in a new clutch with the swap, but the transmission will go back in. Anyone have this problem or hear of anything similar?
