my 91 civic lx throws out alot of blue smoke and the engine ticks i am geting a b16 by the end of summer should just put some of that blue smoke be gone stuff and my clutch pedal is hard and i tryed ajusting it but does not really help if i get a new clutch will it be softer

if i remember correctly blue smoke means your rings are going out. which is not good, eventually you will loose compression and the car will not run. as for ur clutch, the stiffness is determined mostly by the springs on your pressure plate, so yeah a new OEM clutch would take care of that.
your engine is tickings? umm could be ur valves? need more info on that.
