AFAIK, the OE Honda B18/B16 LSDs do not fit into the B18B trannys. You might do a search in the ITR forum, I remember people asking about this before over there.

ITR LSD will fit in the B18B tranny, but you have to change to the ITR/GSR ring gear, and I'm not 100% on this, but I think your LS tranny has a 4.266 final drive, and if thats the case, you have to change that as well. The USDM ITR/GSR has a 4.4 final drive. Ring gear is larger innner diameter on the ITR/GSR.

If you get beyond the ring gear/final drive problems, then there's a bit of grinding to do to the inside of the case to clear the larger diameter stuff as well.

Not to mention, if you change to a different ring gear, you have to change the countershaft. If the stock ring gear works with the LSD, then use it, otherwise, you'll almost need the whole tranny.
