As long as they have seat belts back there for the passenger, you should be fine.

 

Not DOT legal. Technically illegal to put people back there, but the fuzz would need to know that it's not DOT-approved, pull you over, and go through the hassle of writing you up.

I'd say that it's very unlikely. I've had mine in for 4 years without any problems. Even got a speeding warning without him saying anything about the rear seat (no one was in it at the time, though).

As a precaution, keep 3 fresh jelly donuts by the back seat, just in case.

i seen a right hand drive crx that had a fold down backseat i reakon some jdm rexs come stock with one but there should not be no hassle about it if they say anything **** EM'
