Default Strange tire wear on Left Rear tire....

The inside part of my left rear tire is considerably more worn than the outside of the tire. It seems to be worn from just past the center line to about one inch from the inside of the tire.

I'm guessing the toe is off quite a bit. The other three tires are fine, I just noticed this. (actually, Double A noticed) I did have an accident back in December, but the toe was 'supposedly' fixed. I'm guessing that it wasn't and I hope that this is the only problem I have.

Does tire wear more on the inside of the tire than on the outside go hand in hand with bad toe??

I guess that would depend on if you have too much toe in or too much toe out...

That's the thing, I haven't gone to check it yet. I am going to do that this week....

I just found this site ( http://www.kaltire.com/commerc...d.php ) that indicates it may be too much toe OUT....

(edit: i said toe in originally)

Sound more like a camber issue to me.

Thing is, Chris is on stock suspension. Should the camber be that outta wack?

Sounds like your toe is out. Have it checked out.

I compared right to left suspension parts... nothing noticeably bent, both sides are identical.

I can 'see' that it has toe out, which is odd. The other three you can't tell one way or another, they all look very straight. I think I more or less answered my own question, but I'll find out after I get everything aligned on Saturday.

You could always measure the tires and see if thiers is a descipencay, not perfect but could confim your suspsions, measeue from the middle of the tires, on the front and thre rear, if the distance is furtherer on the front measurement than rear then it is toed out.
