best machine shop around bay area......
I'm planning to get underdrive pulley, so i want to know any good machine shop can help me balance them. I live in San Francisco, but any where around bay area is fine. thanks...
I've been looking for one for the longest time and have not been able to find a good one yet. Most of the guys in my area *San Jose* are idiots when it comes to cars. I'm thinking about sending my head down to LA they have a lot of good shops there.
Terry Tinney Performance Motors in Livermore, CA. He does very good machining and can balance the rotating assembly of your motor if you would like. Plus his prices are very resonable without having to send your parts out. Ive had many things done by him and many SCCA racers do the same.
His number is 925-447-1820. Tell him Jason sent you.

Try and give CB Performance a call in SF. He does quality work and I stand by it because he did my engine and so far everyone I know that dealt with him gives him a high opinion.
I'm pretty sure he can do the work you are asking for but I'm not sure. But there are about a couple of B18C5 EF's and a couple of B16 equipped cause of CB
