Default EMERGENCY!! On the quest for VTEC!

Ok, I just got the y8 head onto the block, a few loos ends to tie down first, need help. First of all in plug one I have the 3 pin connector that is also attached to the mass airflow sensor, is this correct? Items 2 and 4(on back of intake looks same as 2) I know one of them connects to the FPR, but as for the other? 3 I thought PCV but I dont think it is. Please help, got the new head in the car but im dead stopped until I can figure these out.

Thanks
Dan

#4 is for the FPR... plug#1 is the MAP sensor, however, the TPS has the same plug shape so be careful not to confuse them. #3 is for the PCV. not sure what #2 and #5 are for..... if im giving wrong info, correct me. but that should be right.......

#3 EVAP, so does that go to the PCV, or to the valve cover?
