i just took off my headlights but before i put them in the oven do i take off the black housing around the headlight or do i just put them in there wit it? also im tryin to take it off but it aint coming out it just keeps on twistin and twistin. help

 

what year do you have? if you have black housing already why are you putting it in the oven?

 

I think what he means is the black mounting bracket. I took off the mounting bracket when I did mine, I suggest you do also.
