Default OT: Another lude lost.

At 2:31 am Saturday June 16th i was just laying down to bed. Just as i nodded off i was awakened by the distinct sound of a 50ft tall oak tree falling on my car... I walked outside to see a huge tree laying directly on top of my car. I just stood on my front porch for about 5 minutes in complete amazement. What the hell are the chances of a 50ft tall oak tree falling DIRECTLY on my car. The township was cutting my car loose from 4am until 11am, thats how much tree was on my car. After they got it out i saw the following. Hood had numerous deep scratches and gouges in it, front left fender is completely crumpled, driver side door is scratched to hell and pushed in about two inches at the bottom, driver side side view mirror was on the ground, oem wing was cracked in half, trunk is pretty much bent in half, driver side taillight is cracked, drivers side rear window smashed inside my car, moonroof smashed inside my car, roof is all messed up, my roof is now on an angle which means theres structural damage, passenger side view mirror is cracked but not off. Basically what it comes down to is that every thing on the outside of my car is severely scratched, dented, or completely crumpled. I'll post pics when i get time to scan them in, thanks for reading a long post. Almost forgot, car was in perfect condition, not even a door ding, i babied the **** out of it and what do i get in return...a tree.

well, you are the one that said if i remember correctly, that you could give a damn about your Prelude, thjat you were more concerned with your ECHC car, and that the Prelude was crap, or something to that affect...... i think this was Karma giving you a great big kick in the nuts for that,

sorry about your car though man, that really sucks

My statement still stands, i care much more about my honda challenge car. This just sucks because i dont have a daily driver now. I was gonna sell it in about a month anyway, it just angers me because it would of made somebody very happy and now its trash. On the plus side i found a 98 roma red ek hatch that will be mine early next week. And gude, i could'nt agree with you more, i am a great guy.

wow,,, take it easy on the guy! he just lost his car! I'm guessing his honda challage car is way better than the lude. Many of us would probably be the same way if we had a dediacted race car and a daily driver.

Sorry about the car man... Go take the insurance money and buy a new car! but before that, I need to see a pic of this!

yo the no-door ding or trunk ding could be because of a sensor gone bad chipped or cracked. recheck it does your ignition key light light up.
