Default Should I buy this 90 Civic or Not?

Ok well I have a chance to get a 90 Civic HB for like $200 CDN ($150 US) or so. It has 300,000km on it or 180,000 Miles. Its an auto and blue interior. There is some serious rust on the rear wheel wells and hatch but it is all fixable. I dont think that there is any frame rust or anything and the floors seem fine. Would it be worth it to cut out all the rust and replace it with some Bondo or some sheet metal? Or should I try and sell as is? Or maybe part it out? Are Civic parts as wanted as CRX parts are? Like is there any rare parts? I need feedback soon.

Does it run? If so, it seems like a can't lose proposition. Buy immediately!

Its been sitting for atleast 2 years. He said it does run. He also was going to throw in new fenders, hood, front bumper, and a front and rear 89 Prelude Bumpers.

I'd get it thats a good deal for the motor alone isn't it?

Off topic but those bumpers won't fit will they?

The bumpers will not fit the Civic no. But they might be worth some money.

$150, huh? Hell I'd get it for that price even if it was going to sit in my yard and collect dust.
