Havent seen it yet, but I guess it was garage kept, runs great, and only has 35K miles, all for 900$!!!! Before I even consider buying, are these hard to find parts for, not aftermarket stuff, just repair parts and such. any problems areas too look out for ?

35k on the odometer? That could mean 135, 235, or more...

But ****, get it!

Test drove it today, and any excitement I had about driving a classic Honda quickly went out the window. The car only has a 2 speed automatic. I got it on the highway and the little 1.5l was straining to do 70mph. after driving one of these its easy to see why import cars were such a joke in america in the 70's and 80's. I ended up buying a 88 prelude instead for 550$, only 130K on the odometer.

didnt expect it to be fast just expected it to not be so goddamn slow. I think the 2 speed automatic is what ruined it for me.

Be prepared for a LOT of rust. I drove those cars when they were new and after 5 years, they were ready to fall into a pile of nothing.

Northern salt was never figured out till later.

im takin pics of the lude tomarrow. The hatch though had barely any rust at all it was unbelievable, the entire rockers and rear wheel wells were professionally replaced. If anyone if lookin for an 80 civic project car for a resto this would be a great start.
