i believe the drag 2 kit for a 2nd gen is a bolt on affair. ac and powersteering still intact.

my friend Turbo charged his 2nd gen LS at 126,000 miles on the stock bottom end! it only had it on there for about 2 months, then sold it all. His car was so awesome. i loved it! badass mod. He had the YS1 tranny, built head with GS cams or something. He ran a 13.8, at 8psi i think, maybe it was 6psi. But it was so awesome. i dont think there is anything special he had to do, except have a shop put in the oil feed lines. He didnt buy a kit, he put one together. He ran a T3/TO4E. not sure on the specs of it. It was a tight car though, i loved it. Put a kit together, and have a shop make you some I/C piping. i think after looking around, and finding parts he probably spent like $2000 dollars. Do it, go turbo, i would if i had the funds. IF you want to know all the parts he had, post again, and i can ask him everything he had and tell you about it all.

his car was badass, unless your car is quicker, then dont talk sh)t. his gen2 was awesome, thanks for stating the obvious that there are faster cars, there will always be a faster car captain obvious
