yeh I've seen that pic before but I was hoping to see cleartails painted and installed not the stockers

 

I thought those were the clear lights sprayed ? I think that's the pic where they show how it looks when you spray the clear tails.

 

nope those are the stockers they talk about doing both stock and clears and all the clear tails have a little dimple on the center peice thats how I know those are the stockers plus the amber part is still kinda visible on that pic

yup.
taken right from the website "You can use your stock Tail light's (like in pic shown) to do this. Just remove them from the rear trunk. "

also, i kind of want to see what the clears painted would look like, so if you do end up doing it, post pics.

thanks yeh I seen that pic too just no pics of them installed see I'm putting them on a red car and I'm kinda concerned its gonna be over doing it with red in the back kinda plus I kinda like my clears where I'm from I'm the only rex in the city with them (waits to get bashed) lol

 

hey that reminds me of when i painted my stock tails all red w/transparent red model car paint. it looked good after i did it, but it started to wear off after a while...so stupid me wanted to take it all off to do it right again...so i went to autozone and bought a can of paint stripper.... hmmm so i sprayed in on my nice [B]PLASTIC/B] lenses. whoops big mistake. i had crusty tail lights for a long time, till i got my jdm tail lights.

So my lesson was learned the hard way. Paint thinner is very different from paint stripper.
I tried to find a pic of it, but i think i was too ashamed of it to take one. I even did the center reflector.
