NOS on a B18B..
Im askin for someone else, I had a 50 on my B18C1 before and it was fine, but I was sure the internals for the Non-vtecs is different.. Im just askin for someone else, Even at a 50 shot, how long would it run it?
i run a 65 all the time with my B18B and it is fine. i have the ZEX kit so it is a smart system so that helps to. I think i might try a 75 shot next time at the track!!
Just make sure you have enough fuel.

75 shot is fine, as long as you tune it properly. People blow their motors with n2o because they just slap the kit on and spray constantly. If you put the kit on, and spend a few hours on the dyno, you will not have a problem at all, as long as you dont get trigger happy. The basic nesecities are diff plugs, retard your timing, and a fuel pump. You should be good to go then.

He's asking about a 55 shot, if it would do damage or not.. Im gonna guess no, but what are the internals like on a B18b? whats the differnce's between the B18B and the B18C? I had a 50 shot on my GSR and I didnt trust it at all..

This is very good advice! Even though the manufactures say so, nitrous isn't a plug and play power adder. Nitrous can be just as safe as any bolt on if done right.
Another good tip is to always spray at the bottle pressure that you tuned at. Even though most kits adj. fuel for nitrous pressure, I wouldn't trust it.
I think you would be pushing it with a 75 shot. Even though it's only briefly, the only way a dry kit can add extra fuel is by kicking up the fuel pressure. The fuel injectors are only efficient to a certain amount of pressure then they become unreliable affecting the air/fuel. I would keep it at a 50 shot at most, Although some would disagree.

I used a 75 shot on my gsr with 126,000 miles all day at the track with no problems. Make sure like someone else said get colder plugs NGK 7r's, retard timing about 2-4 degrees depending on what size shot you use also FPR would help. Oh I ran the zex kit.

Was there a point to this comment? ignorance? There are many B18B/C's running 75HP+ shots and holding up quite well
