Went to the track today and was running when boom! miss shift and there she goes. I am in dire need of some exhaust and intake valves as this is my daily driver and i have two jobs. If you can at all help, please do

Ahh???? What engine and where are you from? Did your timing belt snap? Were you running low on oil? The reason why I ask is usually the factory ECU will have a rev limit so even if you do misshift, it will not BOOM! your motor.

I believe there may have been other factors involved for your motor to go BOOM!

Please describe what you need more thoroughly .

 

exactly what he said ^ , how do u know your valves are messed up? i'm guessing you snapped a belt? easiest fastest why to fix that, new motor, it would take someone who know's what they are doing a day, proally less if its stock. but cheapest way, throw a head on, but it will take alittle longer.

 

Sorry guys i was in a rush to get something out last night. it is a b16a with ctr pistons and valves.I have a jdm honda parts chip with a rev set at 9000.Timing was stock. Iam going to tear the head off today but it would not start back up and air was being pumped out theintake and exhaust.

Ok, got the head off and i had dropped a valve to start. broke a retainer but got all the pieces. going to check for more bent valves in the morning.
