Fuel Pump?

Default Fuel Pump?

Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay is? and how much a new one would be? 1990 civic hatch 1.5L. and also how much would a fuel pump be? and how hard to install it

the fuel pump relay is incorporated in the main relay, which also controls the ecu. u can use a standard automotive relay to repace it, just find the appropriate ecu output(or wire at the main relay) and wire that as the positive sideof the coil on the relay, earth the other side of the coil and have the relay operate the fuel pump wire(which will have its own, fused supply at the relay), shouln't cost more than a few beers. as for the pump, it will be in the fuel tank, under the rear seat. Remove the seat back by removing the clips either side of it and then remove the SINGLE bolt holding the seat bottom in and lift out. there should be a large access panel underneath to get at the pump. shouln't be rocket science from there on. Fit an uprated one while ur at it tho. dunno about cost, over here about £100, should be cheaper to u

Good info Actually the price is roughly similar to £100 for an upgraded pump over here also.
