Yeh my mp3 no name brand ($200 canadian dollars) was stolen out of my 91 civic hatch yesterday night. It was parked on front driveway. This is not the fist time they tried to steal it. The first time was last fall and they could not get into the car all they did was scratch he hell out of the area of the door handle (amatures). Then during the winter they tried again, this time they got in but had to break the window and they also ripped off the window trim from the "b" pillar. When they got in they couldnt get the radio out but scracthed the crap out of the face plate. Now yesterday they finally got it all together and got into the car without wrecking it and got the mp3 player out clean.

Now I'm going to get a camera that goes on from motion and also rig up an alam so that it wakes me. Now i've been thinking what to do if i catch the guy(s) and hoping some of u can give me some real ideas. I'm asking becasue i know that if i just call the police the bas erds will only get off with a slap on the hand.

i dont konw about there, but here in california you cant do **** unless you got a cop standing there next to you watching them.

One night, my friend and i rolled up and there were some guys that had broken into my friends ride. We even saw one of them climbing out of the sunroof! They took off and we followed them while calling the Po-Po's.... The cop didnt do ****. He said that even if they had crow bar he couldnt do anthing unless he saw it happening himself.... even though we were witness'. WTF.. huh.

 

yah BlkGSR that is what i thought about the police and the laws. I'm thinking the best thing to do is follow them back home and then f ck em up by trashing their rides

 

I couldnt becuase the cops let them go... cops told me to stay to ask me some questions. The system can sometimes be serious bs.

 

Get a stun gun and hit them with it. Either that or a baseball bat. If you have a gun, I would cap them in the leg, just so they can't get away.

Yea it sucks that the laws are made to protect thieves and punish those protecting our property....Turn them in to the police and they'll be out the next day... Kill them and you'll be in prison for quite a while. Rough them up and get sued for their medical expenses and mental anguish. Oh well, damned if you do, damned if you don't. Im sick of them all. In the very rare chance your able to get your hands on a car prowler, definately kill them If you just rough up them up, they know where you live and may come back for you, why risk it.

I guess the best solution would be to knock them out cold and drag them into your home to make it look like a home invasion or if you watch a lot of mob movies, you'll find lots of ideas on how to make them dissapear....noone will miss them.

It's tough to defend what's yours when there's a chance you could go to jail for doing so.

How about if you make friends with a male gay hooker, and when you catch them, have the guy bootie jam him. I guarantee you those guys will never come back.

tha stun gun idea sounds hella nice. hide it first so he can see it then punch him and stun his ***. and keep doing it until hes out. the call the police. while u wait for them kick, punch him, rip his nails off, give hima funky hair cut(write gay **** in his head) shave his eyebrows and crazy **** liek that

I don't know where you live, but that cop was full of ****. You should have been able to make a citizen's arrest on the guy and they would have taken him. Now even if your arrest on the guy didn't hold, if he had a prior burglary conviction and he was caught with tool such as a crowbar, then he could have been taken for possession of burglary tools (Section 466 of the CA PC) and he would have gone to jail....
