Today woke up around 11....was walking outside to go to Best Buy around 1:30. Noticed my hood popped open. I stoped thought to myself "ah ****." Went to the drivers side of the car, noticed the window rolled down. Looked in my stereo was gone....sony cdx-m600 (think thats the model). I went to the engine bay...nothing was gone....of course I dont have anything done yet....for it is a new project. Im glad it wasnt my CRX. Going back into the car I have to unlock/lock it with a Key because the door locks inside are broken for a reason. So they would have had to crawl in. They stole my new Nas cd, but they left my JayZ. They did a good job stealing the stereo, clean job. Didnt **** up my dash like the two times my CRX got broken into. I did however find finger prints on the driver window, Im guessing they pealed the window back to get in? Waiting on the Police, so maybe they will take prints (doubt it). Oh yeah and I had my AutoLock on, so maybe thats why the car is still sitting there. ******* Moreno Valley is Ghetto.

Are the windows really this easy to peal back or roll down?

Yeah...he is lucky...my car was stolen and when they found it a day later it was stripped of everything aftermarket, including the motor. About your door locks being broken on the insides, does that really make it hard to pop the locks? My door lock on the driver side is broken on the inside, and when I found my car, the drivers door was still locked but the passenger door wasn't....i didn't know that those locks being broken meant the car was unable to have its lock popped

shaggy..they pilled the rubber and pulled the window back..thats how they got in mine too. take that ecu out. u know how it is over here.

that sucks man. good thing they didnt take much else. anywho. i know a guy who was into that **** down here, he said its realy easy to break into civics, pull window back some and reach and unlock or use some device to unlock it.

my car got broken into last year, passenger side, they opened it, took my radio out. really clean job those ********. then took my rear speakers that were in boxes..... they saw the speaker wire leading to the back... ****! police wont do ****.... its already gone!

Thanks guys, yes Im so glad it wasnt the car.....the Police just came and took prints from the window and said "These are some good prints, greasy. Just hopefully they are in the system."

My neighbors also came over and said that they would have blasted some neeka's, we moved from LA to get away from this ****. (Haha thought that was funny.)

Also I have to go to the construction office and talk to the manager, because they have cameras somewhere with all the new houses. So maybe something will come up.

i also broke my door locks. It worked when i cought some one trying to take my radio. they where trying to crawl in the window, they saw me running but i cant catch a crak fien. sorry to hear about your car
