recently my 91 gs has been acting up. it's been working fine up until last week. the car would suddenly lose power whether on freeway or the street. the engine doesn't die but when i give it some gas it doesn't rev freely. it doesn't seem to occur on lower gear speeds. the strange thing is when i shut off the car and restart it runs normal until it cuts off again. any information is greatly appreciated. tia!
