anyone use this Auto-rx cleaner stuff?
has anyone ever heard of this auto-rx engine cleaner stuff? http://www.auto-rx.com/
I have been reading alot about engine oil additives and stuff here http://theoildrop.server101.com/cgi/ultimatebb.cgi
Basically i am wondering if anyone has used it in their high mileage R or any other beater. All of the guys on this oil forum recommend it, I'm just trying to get as much info as i can.
I'm going to do a very detailed write-up of before and after pics and pics of the oil filter cut open after the change to show all the sludge the cleaner gets out. It should be very cool. You can see the pic at the bottom of the page for the rx stuff, it's a 90 integra motor with what looks like NO varnish at all.
Thanks for any info guys and gals

I have in two cars, my moms old van beater and my higher milage integra when I bought it.
What I noticed
My integra -
First two old changes, at 3,000 mile intervals, with m1 synthetic the oil was very blcak and dirty
after adding a bottle of auto-rx, 500 miles later the oil looked even more sludgey and nasty
now all my oil changes at 5k intervals the oil still looks pretty clean (using amsoil, redline, or schaeffers depending on what I can get easily at the time).
Simmilar results with the van as well.

You will probably get no answers here but based on feedback from Bob's site, it's a fantastic product. I should try a dosage for my '89 Civic, but will be trying a treatment of Schaeffer's Neutra soon.
