Default EF9 Civic in Super Street....finally they wise up!

Am I the only one who saw the EF in the latest Super Street? That's the ONLY reason why I bought that issue. I'm more of a SCC fan.

For those of you who didn't...
It was nice and white. JDM front end, trim, sideskirts, rear bumper, front and rear seats, gauge cluster, middle console, and other stuff including some b16a modding.

I was very suprised to see it in there. If anyone has a link of this car please post it up!

Yeah I have that issue as well and as much as its a nice clean hatch and I give him (Ryan) credit for getting his car into it I really didnt like what they had to say, they were talking about how there old and they will always be old. I mean someone said in a letter to them that they should show more 92-95 Civic's and their response was "You should get a newer car" I mean WTF?? Not all of us have the money to be doing up newer cars and for that matter if I had a choice I would much rather build up my CRX than a newer Civic anyway. If you go to the letter section in the front they are getting slammed pretty hard by more than half of the letters saying how crappy their magazine is and that they wish their subscription would have ran out by now and that they wouldnt renew it. Ryan's Hatch Super Street

Chad's car is not featured, but you can see it at two of the shows they go to. Its in there twice.

yeah man **** super street. In the letters section of this months issue a reader wrote in saying that they need to stop doing features on cars that have 100 grand in them and how to articles on waxing your car because both are pretty much useless. He also pointed out that 90% their reader demographic are people who drive FWD Hondas,Acuras and Toyotas etc. Not the other 5% whos parents bought them a WRX or actually can afford a RWD import. I think its about time someone told them that. I mean sure we all love to see a "supercar" feature now and again but real world **** is where they should focus. I wanna know how to measure cut and weld shift linkage for a swap, not how to avoid swirl marks and how many billions were dumped into Papadakis' new dragger.

Saw both EFs, very nice, I did recognize the 4dr from HT.
I agree SS does suck, they never ever have any informative write ups and I cant stand there articles, their not funny what so ever, they just **** me off. I'm sorry my bro is stuck in a 2 year subscription. SCC had a nice write up on how size up the correct turbo for your engine and turbo had an article on R/S ratio, ahhhhh, good reading.

yeah i was impressed by those guys showing a EF, i use to love ss but now they suck like it was said its either stupid **** (hooking up neons and ****) or billion dollar cars with skyline fronts and s2k tails, did any one see that orange ricey crx with the type r (jdm) head lights and the hugh turbo, that was the last superstreet i bought, that magazine is such a pos, plus they never answer anyone's question they just insult everyone, superstreet sucks

not to nit-pick, but, EF9 = JDM... so, it was an ED with a JDM front end?

either way, i avoid Super street (and sCC) with a passion. After SCC put on Super2NR, i just had to cancel my subscription... too many friggin idgits.

You guys should start reading GRM then. That is a clean hatch. If it's in SD, is it for sale?
